If you struggle to get out of bed in the morning, drink a small glass of water to wake up your organs and to start the day in a healthy and energised way.
Add in the tapping sequence to boost your energy levels and set your intention for the day.
Start with the releasing breaths and as you do this focus your intention on how you want to feel or what feeling/energy will support you in your day.
Tap each point whilst saying out loud the energy you have chosen e.g. 'Motivation Energy for me today'.
For extra benefit, increase the energy in your voice and smile as you progress through the sequence).
