Pick your favourite song at the moment or one that uplifts you.

Place your hands across your heart centre and take three releasing breaths as you focus your intention on what feeling or energy this songs brings to you.

Get up and dance whilst tapping through the sequence two or three times to raise your energy and release some stress.
