Terms and Conditions



BOOKINGS FOR COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

Places are secured with a non-refundable booking fee of £50. Full payment to be made 7 working days prior to the course.

Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, please advise as soon as possible. No refunds with 7 working days or less notice of cancellation. Transfers are made entirely at the Company’s discretion.

DISCLAIMER FOR VIDEOS AND RESOURCES

The support materials on this website are not intended as a substitute for therapy, counselling or treatment by a healthcare practitioner. Should you be concerned about the suitability of the videos for any reason, please consult your doctor before trying them out. 

Individuals are expected to take full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing when following the videos or support materials, which are intended only as a helping hand on your journey of becoming more emotionally well.

To increase the chances of more lasting results the support materials can be used daily.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THERAPY SESSIONS

Prior History

The client agrees to disclose details of the past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment.

In entering into the client-practitioner relationship, and signing the agreement, you are agreeing that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the therapeutic relationship, you will notify me immediately so that I can discuss with you an appropriate referral.

Privacy

The client can, at any point in the session, declare his/her preference not to discuss a specific issue, by simply stating that they would rather not discuss this issue.  The practitioner agrees to respect this boundary and will not attempt to forward the conversation further along those lines.

Confidentiality

The practitioner is bound ethically to uphold the confidentiality of the client and will inform in advance of any exceptions, such as legal proceedings that require disclosure and the obligation to disclose information that might prevent clear and imminent danger to the client or to others.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hour's notice or unfortunately, it may be necessary to charge a cancellation fee of £20.

Signatures on the booking form indicate full understanding of and agreement with the information outlined above.
